Bora Consult 2002 Ltd is the company investor in this project. It operates entirely in the field of tourism and real estate. The two companies – shareholders in Bora Consult 2002 Ltd, are DIT Hotels Ltd and Galaxy Property Group Ltd.

DIT Hotel Ltd. owns 50% of the shares in Bora Consult Ltd. The company is a proud owner of EVRIKA and EVRIKA Beach complex, successfully operating under the professional management of the world – famous international chain RIU. The complex is built on an area of 47 000 m2 and is located on the very beach front in the northern part of Sunny Beach. It functions as a Club – Hotel, offering primarily All Inclusive services and working mainly with international tour operators. 

Galaxy Property Group Ltd operates entirely in the field of tourism. The company owns Royal Garden complex, which is located in the heart of Sunny Beach, as well as Oasis VIP Homes – an exclusive piece of luxury and privacy, situated on the very beach in the southern part of the resort.
